THE GOLDEN ERA OF WRESTLING
Growing up in the 1980’s and 90’s, heroes didn’t wear capes. But they did wear fluorescent spandex, face-paint and occasionally snakes. This was the Golden Era of Professional Wrestling in the United States. Perhaps Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan’s brand of kid-friendly, larger than life stars were your thing in the WWF? Maybe you were a fan of Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes? Well, I was a sucker for it all. I hope you enjoy my illustration project.
